1.TERM FEES ARE STRICTLY DUE IN FULL, BEFORE TERM COMMENCES. An invoice will be emailed to the contact email provided upon enrolment. The parent/caregiver who completes the enrolment form is the person responsible for making the full fee payment, we do not accept part payments from shared care situations.
Fees are due on or before the invoice due date – ONCE FEES ARE PAID, YOU MAY CONSIDER YOUR PLACE CONFIRMED. We are no longer able to accept enrolments without payment.
NEW STUDENTS AND ROLL-OVER ENROLMENTS: If fees are not paid in full before classes commence and a student attends a class, they will be asked to sit out unless an arrangement has been made via email (rahuldorugade@rddc.co) or with Rahul before the term begins.
2.Strictly NO REFUNDS on term fees or missed classes. Please do not miss classes unless unwell. If any student misses more than 4 classes in a term, will not be allowed to perform in a RDDC show.
Students: In paying term fees you are agreeing to commit to taking your place in class for the duration of the term.
Note: transfers to the following term are acceptable for medical reasons only by providing a medical certificate.
In the case of Covid 19 level changes, or any other pandemic-related disruption, it is at the discretion of the RDDC owners to decide how to proceed with offering classes. If levels do not allow physical classes, online classes will be offered. When classes are allowed to resume, all relevant health and safety regulations will be adhered by management. If a student decides to not participate, there will be no refund or transfer of classes offered.
3.Appropriate attire must be worn to all dance classes. For boys (T-shirts, Tank tops, Track pants or shorts etc. and lace up shoes.) For girls (T-shirt, tank tops, shorts, tights, track pants etc. and Lace ups shoes.)
4.Appropriate behaviour is expected while in and around the STUDIO. As our studios are in a multi-tenanted, privately owned building it is expected that our students and families are respectful of this. Please do not run, yell, fight, squirt water or leave a mess, etc. when attending or waiting for classes. The building manager makes the ultimate decision to refuse the right of entry in these circumstances.
5.RDDC’S teachers, employees, and representatives follow health and safety regulations as required by ACC, and Health and Safety legislation and they will follow the correct protocols, taking all care regarding the health, safety, and well-being of all students, while in class and during any occasions that may require the students to perform outside of the RDDC.
7.With this knowledge, I release RDDC PVT LTD of any liability for unforeseen accidents or injuries that may occur while attending dance classes or during the dress rehearsal or end-of-year shows.
8.I am responsible for the safe drop off and pick up of my child at the appropriate times and understand that once outside of the studios, RDDC is in no way liable for the care or protection of the enrolled student or any of their family members.
9.Any photographs or videos taken at RDDC PVT LTD may be used for the purpose of promoting the company from time to time. ALL choreography learned at RDDC is the intellectual property of RDDC PVT LTD and is taught under contract and license through other organisations and shall not be shared with the public without first gaining permission from the Director- Rahul Dorugade.
10.Additional cost for the dance costumes will be notified for any upcoming stage shows or events where RDDC students are performing in. Timely information will be given in the class.
